Gift Voucher Policy
All gift vouchers must be used prior to the expiry date, we are unable to honour any gift voucher post expiry date. The expiration is 12 months to the day from date of purchase.
The Gift voucher may only be redeemed by the person whose name is indicated on the voucher.
If a physical voucher has been mis-placed, we will have the voucher code on file to use at the time of use provided we know the name of the person purchased the voucher otherwise if we are unable to find the voucher code on file, we cannot honour the voucher.
A gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and may only be used to purchase full priced Service’s or Products. When a voucher is sold it may have been sold at a discounted rate during a promotion.
Gift vouchers may me used at either of our locations, Mount Waverley or Cranbourne West.
Gift Vouchers are not transferable to cash and no change can be given on remaining amounts left on the gift card, it will remain as credit on your file connected to the Voucher code to be used at a later point on your next service. A gift voucher cannot be refunded if it is past the expiration date or a portion of the voucher has been redeemed. If a refund for a gift voucher is required it may only be refunded if the full amount is still remaining on the voucher including a dollar value or Service Gift Voucher.
If the purchase exceeds the amount provided or left on the Gift Voucher the remaining amount owing needs to be paid in full by another accepted form of payment, for example cash or eftpos.
If a client is paying for a service with a gift voucher and the client is a ‘No Show’ or has a “late cancellation’ (refer to cancellation policy), than 50% of the voucher will be taken by Attitude as a fee.
